Stopped at my local KFC/A&W restaurant yesterday to pick up a quick dinner. I was surprised to find the restaurant was being remodeled and the A&W menu was gone. Is this a national thing, or just local?

I think if you walked out when they told you, it would be acceptable, as you could rightly argue that you ordered thinking you could dine in and would not have knowing you couldn't. Best answer: It isn’t as popular as it used to be and it can be uncomfortable in the hot or cold. Some places like Swanson’s or Sonic still do car service though!
